So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Why Getting Windows Replaced Is Less Cost Then You Imagine

By Rob Sharpton

Paying bills and other expenses is the hardest thing to do for most people. But they also think if the price they paid brings enough benefit. And sometimes if the cost is too much they do not want to purchase it. But there are some things that do cost money but if you really look at it it doesn't cost a lot of money.

One of those things are replacement windows. In this article we shall see why spending money on replacement windows really doesn't cost that much in the long run.

The price is what worries people when trying to buy replacement windows. That is the main concern for people who come into my San Diego replacement windows company. If they think it is too expensive they will not buy it anymore. But that is a mistake for many reasons.

One reason comes to mind immediately if you do not buy that replacement window. That reason is the savings those replacement windows can give you in terms of energy consumption. And that would not be a one time savings on energy. As long as the windows are still installed in the house they will save on energy. That is what I try to point out to my clients of my San Diego glass company service. Once they realize that they would see that buying replacement windows is not as expensive as it seems to be.

Another reason why it would be good to buy these windows is that it can raise the value of your homes. I like to show to my customers of my San Diego frameless glass shower company how much homes with replaced windows increase in value. It is another reason for many people to get their windows replaced.

So hopefully you see when you do spend your money on replacing your windows you see that it isn't as expensive as it seems.

Awesome Protection With Wildfire Pepper Spray

By James Edwards

Wildfire pepper spray can be a useful protection tool in this high crime age. Oleoresin capsicum is the main constituent in spray, which makes it so hot.

When you spray it on the face of a attacker, it results in painful and unpleasant symptoms. Its main symptoms include dilation of pupils of eye due to which you can become temporarily blind. Other symptoms are coughing, choking and difficulty in breathing.

There are specific units that are used to measure the intensity of the spray. In every test they do, they make sure there is at least 18% of OC chemical in every bottle. By doing this makes it the hottest spray on the market.

An Attacker can be disabled for nearly half an hour by using this pepper spray. The spray is easy to handle and very effective. A dye is also added in the spray so that after spraying it on the attackers face it becomes easier for police to identify him.

It comes with five sizes, so you can take half ounce or full pound of spray with you. You can take it in the form of keychain wherever you go, or if you want to save the family then you can take it in the form of canister. You can choose the perfect size for yourself from this wide range of sizes.

Some large sized pepper sprays are specially made for police. They are provided with a big pistol like handles or the likes of a fire extinguisher. Some state and local laws restrict the use of wildfire pepper sprays so you should use them keeping these laws in the mind. Some states like Michigan restricted the concentration of pepper spray. This defensive weapon can really help you in an attack moment so that you can get a chance to run away.

Take Your Company Public: Software Application Design Firms Can Raise Capital Fast!

By James Scott

Are you trying to raise capital for your start-up or corporation in expansion? Have you exhausted your traditional institutional sources and hedge fund contacts? Don't lose hope just yet! First of all, take all those pamphlets and brochures from banks and other traditional lenders that are lying all over your desk and toss them in the trash...they are absolutely useless.

Banks don't have your company's best interest in mind as they are hardly even staying afloat in this economy. Today's institutional financier isn't qualified to run a bath let alone a bank. Don't put your future in the untested hands of a 20 something knucklehead. After you've tossed all that useless info in the trash, clear your head and then look at your company and ask yourself a few tough questions: Is your company invest-able? Do you and your executive staff have a pedigree that investors deem as seasoned enough to take their money and make affective use of it and not lose it? What proprietary concepts/technology/patents do you have that give you a larger market share with the proper cash infusion? What is your current capital/debt situation?

If, after pondering these questions you've come to the conclusion you honestly, truly have something worth pursuing then the next step is to look at the reality that your company is worthy of a public offering. Stay away from Pink Sheets and be weary of reverse mergers and in reality your company won't qualify for the NASDAQ so the quickest way to raise public capital is the OTCBB (over the counter bulletin boards).

OTCBB is an SEC regulated platform that has a solid investor following and market makers that can effectively promote your stock to rapidly raise capital. Don't let these difficult economic times steal your dreams of corporate prosperity and personal growth.

If you have a solid business concept, there is a way to fund it. Look into the OTCBB, it's your best bet for an inexpensive public offering with a direct path to long term funding.

By Raymond .N. Winsome

Almost, all good gardeners will testify to the fact that the key to tool longetivity begins with proper maintenance of you tools. Simple steps like hosing the dirt and mud off to drying and oiling them to prevent rust, proves every step is crucial. However, a garden tool shed is the ultimate in proper maintenance when it comes to caring for your tools.

Apparently, leaving your tools outside will finally degrade their value as well as their functionality and sharing a garage with the bikes, cars and other accumulated paraphernalia means you might lose them in all that clutter. A garden tool shed is the solution to decently maintaining your tools as well as knowing precisely where they are.

How to Size Them Up

A garden tool shed can be as large or small as you want it to be but it is safe to say that they should be large enough to properly house your garden tools with each one having their own place. By the same token, if your garden tool shed is too large, this will entice you to use some of the unneeded storage for non-garden related items and eventually they could take over the space.

The foremost thing you should do before building or buying a garden tool shed to assemble is to create a list of all of your tools from a riding lawn mower and weed eater to the smallest garden spade you want to store in it. You want to have an idea of what you are presently working with so that you can get proper measurements while leaving a bit of extra room for maneuvering and additions to your tool collection.

Materials Essential For Your Garden Tool Shed

If you are not very handy with a hammer, you might want to look at purchasing either a pre-made garden tool shed or a kit that would take just a little effort to assemble. There are many types of kits available these days in a diversity of styles that could easily integrate with your yard, landscaping and home. From a rustic cabin look to a garden tool shed that resembles a red farm barn, you have a plethora of choices in which to house your tools.

By the same token, these sheds also come in a mixture of materials with wood and metal being superior choices for pre-fabricated tool housing. Nonetheless, there are some very nice and rugged malleable plastic and fiberglass options as well that would stand the test against the outside elements such as the sun, snow and driving rain.

Ultimately, your own tastes, handiness with a hammer or power tool and your budget will determine what garden tool shed you end up with in your yard. Whatever you decide, if you have a homeowner's association that must okay new constructions, be sure they okay the designs for your garden tool shed before you make it.
