So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

By Jay Johnson

3D Blu-ray products are slowly making their way into the homes of mainstream consumers. Panasonic and Samsung are not to be left behind in this trend. Recently, each manufacturer has released its own line of high-end blu-ray systems. Both lines promise to deliver an awe-inspiring cinematic experience, which can only be seen in theatres. Below is our verdict while comparing latest Samsung and Panasonic 3D Blu-ray players.

The manufacturer offers a 3D Blu-ray system that features full viewing capabilities. It is able to load media much faster, thanks to its fast boot and load system. While this mechanism may seem simple, it is very effective in attracting buyers, especially those who get irritated by delays.

Samsungs Blu-Ray system is also capable of streaming media content from the internet. You can use it to connect to media services. A lot of these videos are even offered for free or in exchange for premium membership. There will always be a new movie to watch. Best of all, you get to watch it in the comfort of your own room.

These products are equipped with an integrated image processor, which promises to deliver images that stay true to their color. This results to sharper pictures with clearer details. It also offers full 3D support in high definition.

The above brand made its blu-ray product compatible with other sound systems. It features two HDMI outputs, which allows viewers to use even older sound systems with their new player. This is ideal for buyers who prefer to use their old sound system than buy new equipment.

Upsampling is the common feature that these two players share. Both of them are capable of increasing the quality of standard definition material or SD. SD material typically run at 640x480. These 3D Blu-ray devices make it possible to play standard media with almost the same quality as 1080p.
