I was expecting a weak breeze, but it actually gives a pretty noticeable flow of cool air. I bought mine for $60 which isn't too bad considering I didn't need to pay for shipping.

From now on, I will hesitate on believing Amazon reviews because either the company is making fake reviews or they simply only post positive reviews. To elaborate: You have two options when using this fan; you can plug it in to a USB port on your pc or use batteries. The heat this year has been HOT and it's been a great help. This IS an air conditioner! My daughter found the Handy Cooler online and sent me the link. I found the product to be very intriguing, opposed to the pile of personal fans that were cluttering my desktop, end tables, car, purse and trash can.
Then there are those days that anything remotely warm will annoy me. Air conditioning is fine, but I seem to need something more isolated, and something I'm not going to use when I feel better. However, the product really didn't live up to the hype in previous reviews. It seemed to draw inconsistent power from the USB port of my brand new MacBook Pro, and would sometimes slow down or stutter, creating a distraction. I would buy this fan again. If you want you can mist your face with a water filled spray bottle (for women, if you are not wearing makeup) and let the fan blow it dry.
I had to get this when it was backordered 3 weeks but it was worth the wait. When you turn it on, it has a low humming sound which is a nice white noise and it does a good job of cooling the air.

We once had a huge old Vornado window fan, which works more effectively and it is much more quiet. That is for sure it will work under its current ac units prices. MINI DUCT AIR CONDITIONING. We had an issue with some item before but it's not the responsibility of Amazon. I purchased this design about two years ago. vertical air conditioner.
