The Toyota Vios was introduced in 2003 specifically for the South east Asian, China and Taiwan automotive markets and competes directly with cars such as the Honda City and Hyundai Sonata- The Vios was originally a replacement of the Toyota Soluna and is a 4 door mini sedan with a short front end, the car features a 1.5 liter power plant. in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei and Taiwan, although the Vios is also offered in a smaller variant of 1.3 liters in the Philippines and Singapore.
Toyota Malaysia has unveiled the 1.5 TRD Sportivo, 1.5G, 1.5E and 1.5J variants to this country. Toyota has added enhanced features which are unique to each variant: exquisite interior chrome trimmings and combination leather seats are specific luxurious tweaks that are offered on some of the variants. The 1.5 TRD Sportivo is the cheeky and sporty version of the lot, and comes with a leather wrap steering wheel, 15 inch, 7 spoke alloy wheels and a 5 piece Aerokit, which advances the streamlined and sporty appearance of the Toyota Vios.
Interior- Toyota Etios comes with modernized interiors that give a decent and attractive look to the car. It is very spacious which provides utmost comfort. The instrument panel which is mounted exactly at the center with AC vents adds aggressive look. The steering wheel has three spokes that is with the dual tone along with the remaining of the inside features. Compare to Maruti Swift Etios gives much space. Trip and the speed meter comes under the instrumental panel, is situated at the center of the dashboard where as the AC vents have circular shape. The quality of seats is good compare to other similar cars. The dashboard looks very elegant where you can put your valuables.
The 1.5 TRD Sportivo, 1.5G and 1.5E models are automatic transmission, whereas the 1.5J has the automatic transmission variant and the manual transmission variant. In the automatic transmission versions, the Super Electronic Controlled Transmission technology delivers smoother gear changes and is designed to select the optimum gear for a comfortable drive.
The one thing I would add to this car is a nice GPS from cartoys. But that's just me. I just hate getting lost anywhere and it is cool to have the little voice tell you what's the nearest pizza joint or local brewery when you are in town you don't know.On the Toyota official website, they list the Toyota Camry Hybrid Gas Mileage at 33 in the city and 34 in the highway. If you buy it from the official Toyota website (not a bad idea), you can customize your car to your liking. Of course, there will be an added cost to the already somewhat steep 26k but some of them could be worth it for you.For example, you can get 16″ aluminum alloy wheels installed from the factory for you for only $804. Put in a nice rear bumper aplique for under a hundred bucks or get a remote engine start key for a mere $529...
For the Toyota Camry Hybrid, I don't think we have left anything more to say. The car is a certified Hybrid, tested and proven. And much to others regret, there have been no negative feedbacks on this model of a hybrid. Toyota Camry Hybrid is a very good investment indeed, and I were you, I wouldn't wait any longer, grab your check and contact your Toyota dealer right away!
