Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

It is actually easy. There are loads of authority figures out there that state we need six to eight servings of vegetables per day. I don't get it done every day and I am very aware of this referral. It is just not that easy to do, specifically if you are on the roadway or not in a location where you can create your own meals. Packaged processed foods are not a good substitute. I can personally constantly tell when my body needs something good. For some reason I need the reverse. Chips and dip are my best weak point, well, ice cream, who am I trying to kid, the listing goes on. Anyhow, when I am craving chips I understand that my body is lacking something. And when the yearnings come I usually make myself a good shake. I indulge. Like whole milk, strawberries and ice with a little Stevia to sweeten things up a little bit and I have gotten my fix in. I make use of a mixer that can easily take care of about anything I put into it and go! It's much better than chips and dip as far as nutrition goes.

1. Two cups washed strawberries. (Stems and all if I have a good enough mixer)

2. 3 cups ice.

3. Two packets Stevia sweetener.

4. Enough whole milk to get it to blend smooth and my fix is in.

A pound or 2 a month over a long period of time. Two pounds a month is 24 pounds in a year. As I have heard it said nothing tastes as good as slim feels! I like them both together; good taste as well as slim that is.

OK on to the healthy juicing recipes, one of my all time favorites for breakfast is so straightforward. Take 8 peeled or better just rubbed clean, carrots and add 2 peeled oranges. Leave as much of the white remedy of the peal as feasible on the oranges. Juice and pour into a glass and go. Take your time drinking this nutritious morning meal. The energy you have the rest of the morning might impress you.
