My Life Changes During Football Season

It has finally started. NFL season.

In principle it started last week on the astro turf in Boise, ID in a game meant to be known for what occurred afterwards the blunt Blount bash -more than anything that occurred during the 60 minutes of the game.

And now the Steelers - hoping to become the first franchise ever since the Pats to repeat - started their title defense with a gratifying win over the Titans to launch the '09 NFL season.

I understand I am not as productive during football season. All at once, I'm only accomplishing stuff during commercials, if ever, on Saturdays and Sundays, plus Thursday nights, Friday nights, and Monday nights.

Then add in fantasy football - which drastically decreases the amount of time I'd otherwise be functional, writing, or doing something fruitful-and many more time than I care to confess are spent on this game.

This time of season, I certainly don't eat as well.

Wednesday night, I ate salmon with steamed veggies and went for a dip after a six mile jog.

Thursday (game day), I ate a super burrito, too many chips, too many, some more chips, and watched the movie Max Payne after the game, prior to checking fantasy statistics for Kerry Collins and then stumbling to bed, bloated from the chips.

Do not understand if there are any football detox programs and even if there were, I wouldn't voluntarily partake. Hopefully my family wouldn't perform any sort of intervention.

Fact is, I do not want to quit, however as a Broncos devotee that can change as the season progresses.

NFL and NCAA nfl are religion for a big percentage of the population. We're corn chip-devouring cult members following the rantings of Chris Collinsworth.

So it is on. The '09 year began and, for better or for worse, life will not be the same until a month into 2010, when the natural football detox starts.

The next larger version is the class A. These motor homes are like a mini one bedroom apartment, the roomiest of all the RV's. They are completely self contained from the queen sized bed to the dinette that seats four people in luxury.

Class A motor homes are usually equipped with a refrigerator and stove, some have a microwave oven. There may even be an ice maker, some models are capable of producing 20 pounds a day.

There are also travel trailers that hook to a regular trailer hitch and have a pop up top. If you would like to go a little larger there is the 5 wheel trailer that is towed through a hitch in the bed of a pick-up. Either of these two choices are very extravagant and they are much cheaper than a motor home.
