So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas

How To Be Successful On Ebay

By Sonja Schuyler

Is a good reputation important to your success on eBay? You bet! You build a good reputation with every sale you make.

Have you ever checked out a buyer's feedback rating when you made a purchase on eBay? Of course you did. Didn't it make you feel more secure buying from a seller with a good feedback rating and with a reputation in the thousands?

A bad reputation can make you lose all your sales. Negative feedback will go straight to your user page and everyone will see it. People will avoid buying from you when they read you did not deliver your product on time or it was not as described.

It is hard to live down negative information on your user page. You will have to spend a great deal of time selling some cheap stuff to get enough positive feedback to make anyone deal with you again.

The more favorable comments you get will move the negative comments down the page. It is very important to avoid negative feedback. If your rating drops below 90%, your chances of selling are very slim.

Some people think all they have to do to overcome a bad reputation is to create a new account. It is not a good idea. If you start a new account, you will have to start over from scratch. There are features you will not be able to use and your former customers will not be able to find you.

When you have a good reputation, you will get more sales and a better price. A buyer is more likely to believe a PowerSeller. It is the power of a good reputation. Sellers with good reputations want to keep it so people tend to trust them more when they guarantee a product.

Most people will pay a little more from a trusted seller than buy from someone with an average feedback. They feel its worth the extra money. They like dealing with a buyer that knows what they're doing and will get them the item quickly.

You can get a good reputation by making every effort to please your customers every time. Always be completely honest when describing your item. Let your buyers know how you prefer to be paid. Be correct on you shipping information. Establish a good communication with your buyers. Try to remember that some customers are not as easy to please, but the customer is always right.

7 Steps To Spotting a Fake Designer Purse

By Katie Smith

From the trash sacks of street distributors to the top class end dealers on Rodeo Drive, discount designer purses are just about anywhere. A large amount of us can't afford the bona fide designer purses so we gravitate in the direction of the Internet, or discount designer purse parties, or for the next most popular thing. However ,, those reproductions can sometimes be more fake than we guessed. Here are numerous key things to check for when acquiring a discount designer purse and tips for picking out a imitation purse.

1. STITCHING Stitching can be a real giveaway. Sporadic stitching and sloppy construction in less noticeable areas, such as the bottom of the bag or interior pockets, are characteristics to look for speedily. Bona fide discount designer purses add on an extra zero on that selling price tag because of a lot more, carefully-built assembly. They cost you more considering they are really created more complexly. Phony discount designer purses often do not have the care of construction that the bona fide Designer Purseshas. If the construction looks bare-bones, it's probably to be a counterfeit.

2. MATERIALS Many fakes are not designed of plastic or PVC but of relatively superior leather, sometimes lambskin; on the other hand, they are hardly ever as very good as the materials labels like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Coachwould certainlyuse. Counterfeited purses have a tendency to be stiff and quite often have some type of discoloration. When working with replica leather handbags, make certain the leather doesn't have an bumpy look which is constant. Also, people normally assume designer bags should be lined, which is why many reproductions are lined. But, then again, genuine purses ordinarily are not.

3. THE LABEL Hunt for any specific misspelling - in anyway - on labels and tags. In different high quality product, the label is stitched in, however in Gucci counterfeits (as an example), an inexpensive hand tag will hang from the handle. Look at authentic purses online, and study the real tags. Because of this, quite simply to spot theboguslabels. Counterfeit labels are typically cheaply created, unclear in impression, and has a lesser quality of stitching (as well as the attachmentwith the label). Two examples: for starters, sometimes cheaply replicated Coach bags will comprise tags with misspelled and run-on words; secondly, Burberry bags are frequently stamped "Burberrys" as opposed to "Burberry - London" in gold or silver on one side.

4. PACKAGING Luxury retailers put a lot of care into packaging their items. Including the works: tissues, wrapping paper, shopping bags, these extra touches are often a part of a genuine transaction. Search for items that have their original packaging. It is crucial that the box or bag the item will come in is not too big nor too small, and is of the same brand as the purse you're buying. Makers of high end purses rarely cram things into boxes or thin dust bags. Most luxury dust bags are produced from heavier, soft cotton and flannel. Smaller items, like wristlets or wallets, will often come in boxes.

5. DETAILS Everyone knows that details can make or break a dress; well, the same goes for designer purses. The details of threads, leathers, fabrics, metals and stamping make a luxury purses what it is and should be...expensive. Most luxury purses don't just simply come with authenticity cards; they also come with a product booklet with details. Crucial things to look for when it comes to details: make sure the handles are of equal length, the logo is straight and securely fixed, the specifics of the bag match up, and that the zippers are in full operating order.

It is important to realize that this, while a great write-up, is just an guide of how to spot a phony designer purse. It does my no means cover everything. A good guideline is that if a bargain looks to good to be true, then more then likely it is. For instance a $350.00 Kate Spade purse should not be selling for $10.00, even if it is on clearance! And lastly one of the most effective techniques to be able to identify a replica is to "get to know to know" your brand!

The New Ferrari Engineering

By Leonard Richardson

Your feelings on the Ferrari 458 Italia will depend heavily on whether you want a car that looks like it was designed by Italian surrealists or whether you want one that looks like it was painted by a more neoclassical hand. Because (and some people will argue with me on this) the Italia looks like a car. A nearly perfect car, but still: a car.

Other Ferraris assault the eye with precarious curves, hazardous pointy bits and violent-looking intakes, all of which convey the impression of big meat-eating power. So while the Italia too looks just as serious as its predecessors, it does so with subtle curves, elegantly angled headlights, a peekaboo-glass top over its mid-set engine. It's just a genuinely pretty car, not wild-looking and alien, but still as impressive as a Ferrari should be.

0 to 60 in Just 3.3 Seconds

And this all plays out in its performance. Launched in 2009 as the descendant to the F430, the 458 Italia pumps out an astonishing 560 horsepower, getting it from standstill to 60 in 3.3 seconds. The eight-cylinder two-seater, while perhaps not as scary in appearance as some other Ferraris, certainly has the strength of its convictions, topping out at somewhere right over 200 mph.

And it'll get there smoothly, with a dual-clutch 7-speed transmission which anticipates the shifts by revving the next gear to match the one you're currently in for a seamless transmission transition. Think about how a new relay runner matches the speed of the previous one before the handoff and you've got a vision of what's going on in the gearbox of the Italia.

Forget Signaling

The future is all right there in the dash, for better or worse. There's a simplicity to some Ferrari consoles that isn't on display here -- all the turn signals and windshield wipers are squeezed onto the steering wheel, so you better memorize the wheel before you go into turns. Then again, with the level of output this car delivers, it might not ever dawn on you to bother with signaling. No one's going to keep up with you anyway.

For all its outstanding power, handling and performance, it manages to maintain its good looks and not succumb to the vents and sharp edges of outrageous design. And it doesn't appear to hurt it at all. When compared to the ultra-exclusive Enzo, available to rock stars and sheiks, the Italia is far cheaper (at $230,000 this is a relative term) and yet still nearly as fast as the Formula One-emulating Enzo. The Italia absolutely tops its predecessor, the F430, which was already in a league of its own.

What to do when you go on a holiday to Turkey

By Dominic Hennes

Few European countries have as many exciting holiday options available as Turkey. This country, which is well balanced between Western and Oriental influences, has a long and rugged Mediterranean coast with deep, blue water. Turkey is also an ancient country with thousands of years of history, which means that today visitors can explore a wealth of archaeological sites. Additionally, there is a wild, mountainous interior so that holidays to turkey will satisfy sun worshippers, culture vultures and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Turkey is a vast country with many different landscapes in its interior. There are open plains with wide horizons, steep mountains and isolated forests. It is an ideal location for many different activity holidays whether one is passionate about cycling, climbing, hang gliding or horse riding.

The capital of Turkey, Istanbul is a fascinating destination for a city holiday. Located on the shores of the Bosporus, not only does the city straddle two continents, it also combines European and Oriental cultures as well as ancient and modern history. There are many unique building such as the Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace and the Dolmabahe Palace to visit. The Spice Bazaar is another important sight, which delights many Western visitors. There is of course much more to see and Istanbul is a rewarding destination for many trips.

Before or after other activities visitors often relax on Turkey's sunny Mediterranean coast. 300 days per year the sun shines onto the clear, blue Mediterranean Sea. Turkey has a wealth of archaeological sites, which can be explored on foot. Some of these ancient settlements are now submerged in the sea and offer a fascinating location for a diving trip. Other water sports available on your holidays in Turkey are kayaking, wind surfing and swimming.

For specialized activity holidays visitors come to Kas on the southern coast. This small finishing village offers a good base for water sports as well as the Taurus Mountains. The latter are a great location for hang gliding and paragliding due to their excellent thermals. There is also the possibility of booking a week-long sea trek kayaking along the Turquoise Coast, which can include exploring ancient sites along the way.

Turkey is also a very good option for less strenuous activity holidays such as walking or cycling. Between Fethiye and Antalya on the south coast lies an ancient trading route called the Lycian Way. Today, a long-distance walking route follows the ancient one and leads for 500 km through isolated mountain landscapes and quiet rural backwaters. Of course it can become very hot here during summer and it is therefore recommended that cyclists or hikers come to Turkey's southern coast during spring or autumn.

For less adventure and more romance, book a cruise on a traditional Turkish sailing boat called a Gulet. Boats will be equipped with all the modern conveniences as well as for wind surfing, diving or snorkelling. Day trips to ancient archaeological sites and beach barbecues are thrown in for good measure.

With so much on offer Turkey is an ideal holiday location for families, couples, city enthusiasts and older people. Come to Turkey to relax and unwind and enjoy its generous hospitality.

The Basic principles for Men's Style

By Vince Lin

Style and design tend to be matters that a lot of guys have a tendency to disregard, but is amongst the most crucial skills that a guy can build. Having a great sense of style can result in improved first impressions, other people addressing you nicely, and great responses from women.

That said, how can you get going in enhancing your style? Here are 3 realistic tips you may follow to start improving your style today:

1) Grooming

Grooming may not seem like it has to do with fashion and clothing, but this one is big. There are way too many guys out there who do not shower enough, never shave, and otherwise don't take proper care of themselves.

No matter how nice your clothing is, you just aren't going to make a great impression if you are badly groomed and have bad hygiene.

2) Fit

The fit of your clothes is among the most essential things to bear in mind when purchasing apparel. Your clothes should be designed for your body, without appearing too restricted. If your clothing is too compact, you appear silly, and if your clothes is too loose, you end up looking sloppy. The saggy, gangster look (luckily) went out of style in the 90s, therefore make sure your own clothes fits.

3) Colors

A lot of men are frightened to experiment with colors, but they're passing up on a significant piece of their style arsenal. Color is such a powerful thing to wear since colors convey emotions. For example, yellow can be regarded as being a cheerful and trustworthy color, while orange is dashing and fascinating.

Studies have also shown that girls are attracted to men who wear red clothing (which is associated with romance, passion, and enthusiasm). The main point here is that if your closet consists only of drab greys and blacks, it's time to mix things up with a splash of color.

Hopefully, the above mentioned three points are to your benefit, and you may begin applying them today to improve your style. Never ever make yet another weak impression again!

The Truth About Lightweight Running Shoes

By Dame Anderson

The perks of using lightweight running shoes always are abundant and all-embracing. First and foremost when running a race of any distance a weight adjustment of only a number of ounces will make quite an impact. For general improvement runs a lighter shoe is certainly bound to make things a little better. Undoubtedly, there are downsides to donning super lightweight shoes that I'll talk about, but over all lightweight running shoes are a great thing!

In racing, any tiny opportunity you can get over your adversaries will be a perk. Whether or not its a road race, a track meet, a marathon, or cross-country, the weight of your shoes will take a major role in how fast you can do. A lightweight shoe will keep your legs alive and will administer a mental asset by making your feet feel light as a feather. Carrying out a change-about to a lighter race shoe is one of the best ways to slice a few seconds off your personal record event times.

Amid your regular, non-race, exercises, a lightweight shoe can also be useful. Imagine your most grueling weekly workout. Got it? Its credibly a speed workout of some kind, maybe 400 repeats? Sure, now envision that workout with lighter shoes. Pretty sweet. You'll be running more speedily and silky than you ever have with an innovative pair of lightweight running shoes.

Now, this all seems pretty desirable. There's gotta be a hook. There is, but its small. Most of the really lightweight running shoes don't give great support. So, if your feet have the ability to over or under pronate, you'll want to be certain that you're still putting on a shoe that will deliver plenty of support. The last thing you care to have happen is becoming unable to run because you chose the incorrect shoe.

My suggestion? Buy a comfortable pair of racing shoes specific to the kind of races you run. You'll definitely want spikes of some kind for a track meet, meanwhile a wide range of shoes are close-by for long term road races. For your long distance training runs, you'll want to make you've got a good combination of great support without adding a lot of bulk. Your intensity workouts are a tough choice. You could feel like buying some super-lightweight training shoes just for that intent, or you could just put on your everyday trainers. Its totally a question of personal preference.
