I installed two lights in the bigger closets and one light in the smaller sized pantry. They're placed along a road to your shed and on your shed - must have bought them before now. Only our front and side doorways are wired for a porch light. Cannot say too much about quality; its an average Chinese mass produced item - which should explain everything. At least it turns off some of the time.
I changed the batteries and that did not improve the situation.
The "remote controlled" flat fixture ran through a set a batteries every few weeks and worked erratically. Simple to use and install. Everything including brightness, battery life, movement sensing and the prices are fantastic.
I possibly could not affix to my home so I positioned it on the porch close to the door. Simple to set up, looks very nice.
Provides great, not fantastic, light where we want it without running a new line. The third one is still in the box as I'm not sure where to put it. High enough that the canine does not set them off when she walks by.
It is a lot brighter than I believed it might be. I purchased six of these to light up the outside stairs leading up to my hillside house. How the company can claim this is a fantastic outdoor porch light is foolish.
This light is larger than I figured but it is effective. So it's easy on the eyes. We open up the front door to leave and the driveway lighting goes on. I did not want to contact the electrician, just needed a little light for that closet at night time. I waited an additional one minute and it didn't turn off. Directions is quite simple! I got these for use mounted in my pantry closet, so I will most likely use some velcro. It's a victory with saving on the utility bill. Motion sensors work perfectly. The light is effective in outside places that you have no power to wire in a light. I personally use it in a dark garage so I can see the door handle to get into the house. Do not waste your hard earned money on this.

If batteries have been included with this solar fence light it might have been well worth the price. Nevertheless, you won't want to look straight at the solar lamp post, so it must be mounted at the top of a vertical surface.
