So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Review of the Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS

By Joseph Aaron

The Garmin Nuvi 350 Personal Travel Assistant is a steal at less than four hundred dollars. The product is equipped with maps of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. As an extra advantage, the Nuvi 350 has a very clear way of speaking, offering you clear directions as you travel.

What You Get

When you buy the Garmin Nuvi 350, you even get a great-looking piece of technology which is easy to carry with you either on foot or when driving. The product comes equipped with detachable suction cups to easily attach to a surface in your truck.

You can charge your Garmin Nuvi 350 Personal Travel Assistant with either a cigarette lighter adaptor or a regular plug-in adaptor at home. Both adaptors will be shipped with the package when you purchase the product. On top of that, you'll receive a guide to help you understand and utilize the features of the Nuvi 350.

Features

The Nuvi 350 has a number of options that make it useful for any traveler. The product itself was made to remain where you put it even when the car goes over bumpy roads; it manages this through a ball-and-socket system. The product also comes equipped with an MP3 player so you can enjoy music even during hikes with your Nuvi 350.

The maps are also updateable, although it will cost you a little extra any time you update your maps. New maps are released several times each year and you merely have to get new maps for your personal Nuvi 350 when you have a reason.

Travel Kit

The travel kit that will already be on the Garmin Nuvi 350 Personal Travel Assistant is a fun feature. You can may utilize the Travel Kit to hunt down your photos and MP3 songs, and to access any of your other travel guides. These travel guides are available for purchase for a huge selection of other countries and can be put into service when you are on vacation. A number of the guides will run you less than eighty dollars, although the fees might be different depending on which travel guide you decide to purchase.

Additional Features

The Garmin Nuvi 350 Personal Travel Assistant also offers a couple of extra features, encompassing instant traffic information for cities and a huge amount of information on the most popular spots in the cities to which you travel. The traffic updater does require the purchase of more software, but it is a great time-saver when you have to avoid the five o'clock rush.

The Garmin Nuvi 350 also offers street names to give you directions, rather than just offering feet or miles. This is a much better way to know where you are headed even if you are visiting a new city. You can work out your routes, adjust your routes, and add pit stops to your route easily with a touch screen.
