So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Pennsylvania SR22

By Donald Carlston

Like most states, Pennsylvania takes DUI (Driving Under the Influence) or drunk driving quite seriously. An offender can expect to face not only the immediate suspension of one's driver's license, you can also look forward to some very high fines or penalties worth at least a thousand dollars. An SR22 Pennsylvania auto insurance policy is also needed before the reinstatement of your driving privileges can be started.

Pennsylvania has three categories or tiers when it comes to charging someone with a DUI: General Impairment (Tier 1) is describe as a DUI arrest where the driver has a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) anywhere from .08% up to .099% but without any resulting damages to properties. High rate of Blood Alcohol (Tier 2) with BAC levels of .10% to .159% and with resulting damages to properties or personal injuries. Tier 3 is of course a DUI with the highest BAC level measure (.16% and up), if you refuse to submit to a BAC test you may automatically be charged with a Tier 3 DUI offense.

Get in touch with your State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office to settle the necessary fines or penalties immediately. After which, your next priority is to find a suitable SR22 Pennsylvania auto insurance provider to file the SR22 Form for you to the DMV. This is a special kind of auto insurance policy specifically for people with high-risk driving offenses (such as a DUI).

The SR22 Pennsylvania auto insurance policy is the state's way of monitoring mandatory auto insurance compliance among those drivers with unsatisfactory driving histories, which has the most potential to cause an auto accident. Anyone falling under this category should be financially capable of compensating for personal injuries and destruction of properties, if they cause an auto accident.

Always maintain continuous SR22 insurance coverage for the next three years. Allowing your SR22 Pennsylvania auto insurance to lapse or get canceled would not only smear your driving record, it would also mean more severe penalties, higher premiums and the immediate suspension of your license.
