So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Costume Jewelry Accessories That Are Appropriate For All Circumstances

By Zoe Callie

Designer jewelry is replicated by many other jewelry companies, and some of these replicas look so real and convincing that only you will know that it is not really the real thing. However, before you buy the jewelry, it is helpful to understand how you can tell a real piece of jewelry from a fake piece of designer jewelry and how to shop for the best piece of replica jewelry you can find. Finding the hallmark on your piece is the best way to tell if it is real or not.

And this is not even to mention the fact these children may even be attending college within the next year or so. Silver and gold bangles are very in style right now and, if you keep an alert eye, don't necessarily have to cost you an arm and a leg. The best part about these bracelets is that they can be worn more than once and won't wind up sitting in your daughter's jewelry box un-used. They can be bought in a wide variety of matching shapes, sizes, and colors and shouldn't cost you more than $10.

The word jewelry is extracted from the French word Jouel in the 13th century. The earliest fashion jewelry consisted of shells and beads. Today, the fashion jewelry has taken a huge turn with less expensive metals that are carved and pieced together in an excellent way, which is light as well as jazzy and can be worn on different occasions.

The ever changing business of bead jewelry and fashion trends isn't always easy to predict, but I've been reading a lot of fashion magazines, listening to my customers keeping an eye out for what sort of jewelry has been selling and what hasn't been. Along with this natural feel are a lot of organic and botanical looking beads and pendants as well. The chunky jewelry is still popular and I'm noticing that a lot of people like the rough cut or asymmetrical stones and beads.

For example, a 1 carat princess cut diamond engagement ring, will cost around $4800.00 to $6500.00, depending on the quality of the diamond, the setting and the jeweler. Don't get me wrong; I'm not knocking fashion jewelry; I'm just making sure that you clearly understand the difference between the two. The fake diamonds eventually loose their luster; some faster than others depending on how active the person is.
