So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

By Orson Welles

A great way to save money on your childrens Halloween costumes this year is by the use of printable Halloween masks. You can find your childrens favorite heroes and characters and not pay a high price of store bought Halloween costumes.

There is no better way to have fun with the holiday than to allow your child to create his or her costume that they can personalize. It is a fun project for you and your child to do together and the printable Halloween masks will serve as an excellent addition to your child's costume.

A printer and a computer is all you need to create these printable Halloween masks. By searching images on the Internet you can find your childs favorite character, hero or something very spooky and scary.

After searching and finding the perfect mask, you just have to right click on the image and decide where you want to save it on your computer.

When you have the image saved you can adjust the size for your printer and then proceed by printing off your mask. After the image has been printed onto your paper it is time to take the printable Halloween mask and cut out the shape of the mask.

When all of the is completed you will want to punch a hole on each side of the printable Halloween masks that you cut out. Tie an elastic band or a string to each hole so that it can easily be worn on your child's head.

For children that tend not to like the string around the head, you can glue a craft stick to the bottom of the mask. This will allow your child to hold the mask up and take it away from the face whenever he or she wants.

By using this kind of creative Halloween mask making, it will let your child be their own designer for their own Halloween costume This technique can also allow your child to learn some independents. So if you would like to create a fun time that both you and your children can enjoy try this idea for this Halloween season.
