So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas

Your back consists of many bones, muscles and soft tissues. These are held together in a complex array which gives us the tremendous flexibility and mobility we enjoy. The convenience of a massage chair to provide a general back massage to precise targeting is tremendous. The key to back health is to receive periodic treatments to aid the spine. These massage therapies help to loosen stiff muscles and restore mobility. They also help to flush out built up toxins and reduce lactic acid.

A complementary therapy integrated into some of the top massage chairs are heaters. Heat is used to decrease swollen muscles and improve blood circulation. The heating elements can be activated for specific areas to target the application of the heat to particular muscles.

Traction systems have been developed in some of the top massage chairs. Traction or stretching helps to elongate the muscles. This helps to promote greater flexibility and to help with joint mobility. The massage chairs have tractions systems for the lower body or in some cases for the shoulder and arms.
