Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Louisville, Kentucky has long been connected to where the Kentucky Derby takes place. This internationally famous race brings in celebrities and other important people to it every year in May. Louisville, Kentucky, however, has many other fantastic things to see and do according to a Louisville air conditioning service company. One of the other fun places to see is the Slugger museum which is where the old Louisville Slugger bats are produced . Attached to this factory they have made a great museum that was recently redone over the past year to have it more interactive and interesting for the children visiting. A great souvenir every visitor gets is their own mini version of the Louisville Slugger. Nearby the museum and located in downtown is the recently built Louisville Bats baseball stadium where Louisville's minor league baseball team plays. It is one of the nicest minor league stadiums in the nation and is a fun thing to do during the baseball season .

In addition to the above things to do, there are fabulous restaurants in Louisville as it numbered to over 2500 of them. Several of them feature a bit of southern charm attached to them but the variety is great. The next time you want to go on a weekend getaway, consider going to Louisville, Kentucky and seeing some of their wonderful attractions and traditions. It is a beautiful river town that should not be missed.
