So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Is It Worth Buying A Coffee Maker with Grinder?

By Jane Archer

If you are someone who loves their coffee, you will know that there is nothing can do a better job each morning at giving you that extra get up and go to be ready for the days challenges than a freshly brewed cup of coffee! As coffee plays such an important role in our day to day lives, then it stands to reason that buying a coffee maker with grinder is going to be a worthwhile investment.

Using a coffee maker with grinder will stop you from having the hassle of grinding the coffee beans in a totally separate machine. By using two machines, you also risk messing up the kitchen if you accidentally spill the freshly ground coffee powder during the transfer from grinder to coffee maker.

If you have a coffee machine that can grind and brew you will not get all that hassle - you will just be able to get on and enjoy your lovely fresh cup of coffee. Of course there is also the added advantage of buying a coffee maker with grinder rather than two separate machines, and that is the money you will save just buying the one machine.

The other advantage is of course money. You will pay less for a cheap coffee maker with grinder than you will for a cheap coffee maker and a cheap coffee grinder. This is a known fact.

If you have decided that a coffee maker with grinder is the way to go, then make sure you look at the coffee makers that do actually have the grinders built into them, not those that are just attached to the coffee maker. Also you will want to go for a burr grinder as these are much more efficient than the knive grinders, and they are less noisy too.

One particular brand that is worth looking at is the Cuisinart Grind and Brew Coffee Maker.
