So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas

Safety is the least concern in Sidney Harbour. The area is equipped with a visitor centre, police station, and first aid station. The visitor centre has maps, free brochures, and instructions about the various attractions in the area.

If you get tired of walking there are various ways to get around the harbour. When traveling further away from the tourist area to neighboring cities, like Pyrmont bay, there is a light rail that travels all around the area. If you would like to stay within the Harbour there are trains similar to trolleys.

One of the regular attractions easily appreciated by both locals and tourists is the Sydney Monorail. The monorail breezes through both the city and Sydney Darling Harbour offering dynamic views. On select Saturdays fireworks can be seen going off in the Harbour.

Whether your stay is short-term or extended, Sydney Darling Harbour is full of numerous activities to keep you busy and various forms of accommodations to suite your needs. Some of the best times to travel are doing the warm seasons when the night and days are warm and offer for the perfect romantic setting. May, June, and July are some of the warmest months recorded for travel.

Use your creativity and create the adventure of the lifetime full of various Sydney Harbour attractions or leave the hard work to tour guides. Although the weather may reach high 90's in summer months, there is no swimming in the Harbour so you must seek refuge in a public fountain or hotel swimming pool.
