So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Gluten Free

Have you tried Gluten free products? Try Marble cake, honey cookies, oat bread, oat flour, cinnamon rugelach, cheesecake, Appricot Tarts, Chocolate rugelach, Apple pie, Chocolate buns, burger rolls, and so on. All these food items are available with no gluten or with minor proportion of gluten.

There are bakery products those are available in non-gluten variety such as bread, bread roll, cakes, muffins, pastry, pie crust, crisp bread, cookies, biscuits, and so on. There are products with non-gluten alternatives such as pancakes, stuffing's, crumble toppings, pasta, macaroni, spaghetti, breakfast cereals, pizza, etc.

Gram flour, derived from chickpeas is also included in this category.

The statistic states that the sale of gluten free kosher products has nearly tripled. There is a rising demand for new gluten free kosher foods. Beyond breads, pastas, pizzas, crackers, and so on it is now possible to buy everything from gluten free substances. Kosher Gluten Free Food are the best substitutes for gluten kosher foods and are most beneficial for the people those are suffering with celiac disease or wheat allergy.
