So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Advice On Choosing a Halloween Costume

By Andy Kongsri

The shops are full of Halloween costume ideas for men so how do you go about deciding the right one for you?

1. Have you decided that you would rather look scary or look good? Knowing what type of thing you would like to represent helps you make that final costume decision. Choosing to appear terrifying is a good thing on Halloween, and this gives you lots of costume choices: a werewolf, a vampire, maybe a corpse covered in blood, all of these things are great choices.

2. Alternatively, you don’t have to be one of the monsters. You can just dress up in everyday outfits and pretend to be the big burly jock in horror flicks, the creepy neighbor who’s secretly a serial killer, or a vampire’s victim, painting on two puncture marks on your neck or your wrists.

3. Don’t have enough funds to get a really spectacular costume? Look inside your closet and see if there are any clothes that you can put together to create a costume. You don’t always have to dress up as a celeb, or a book, movie, TV, or video game character. And it’s not even necessary for you to dress up like a ghost or a monster.

4. You could always join forces with a friend and dress up in tandem. An example of this would be one of you dressing up as a mouse, and the other as a chunk of cheese, or one person could wear a homey bee costume while the other dresses up like a flower.

5. For those who have decided to make their own Halloween costume, it is important to ensure that you have the time and dedication to see it through. It would be really cool if your homemade costume looked even better than those that have been rented or bought from a store.Making sure that you have attached your fasteners and your seams have been closed off completely, will ensure that the costume does not start to unravel during the evening.

6. There are hundreds of possibilities when it comes to dressing up for halloween. However there are some things to consider before choosing your costume. You need to make sure you are comfortable as well as looking good. There is really no point selecting a costume that will make you feel uncomfortable for the time you are wearing it.
