So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

If you've never heard of them, on paper the raw food diet sounds pretty weird. But Eating For Energy is anything but weird. It's more so returning to your roots, with a diet that's going to whip you into shape and have you feeling great once more. That's because you're getting to the core of food.

Antioxidants are what make you look and feel young for longer, because they stop your cells from oxidizing, which means they literally stay younger for longer. It's literally reversing the age process, which is what raw food and healthy eating is all about.

The same is true also because it takes longer for your body to process the foods, so you get more out of them. That's why raw food is a great thing to try, and really is an eating method that everybody should explore at least once in their lives.
