So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Security Light Wih Motion Sensor - Outdoor Recessed Lighting Review

By Caleb Bell

The possible lack of 180 degree wall to wall coverage angers me. I'm certain the exact dimensions were provided however I was surprised at how small it was. It was an ideal solution. This movement sensing security light at my door turns on when it senses something moving. It has two inner switches to set the time on bright when tripped, and to flip the car bright/dim feature off or on. I feel like I've wasted my cash. It installs effortlessly, and both sensitivity of the movement detector and time the light stays on are often modified after it's mounted as switches are on the bottom of the base. It had a crappy mounting bracket.

These lights are reduced light dusk to dawn (it comes on in the evening and goes off at dawn) and motion sensors. Finding sensor lights which are attractive was not simple so we had been pleased to find these and they weren't expensive! The product doesn't come with an universal mounting kit. I would suggest them to others regardless of the negative feedback. Extremely bright and practical, definitely a good buy.

After many times looking to get the landscape lighting to work as specified, it still stays on constantly. I switched from the two bulb dusk-dawn only full power system. It took maybe an hour or so for me to put it up but it was well worth the work.

Really wish I could insert a picture to show you. It did not. Lowes no longer carried it, so I thought it was on Amazon. I used my ladder to mount two on the back of the home three years ago, and I haven't been on the ladder for lighting since! It really works fine and looks fantastic.

It looks suitable on a good home. Since dimmable compacts can be found now I plan to try one in it. The finish and also the underlying metal seem a little thin, but time will tell. The quantity of light this puts out is extraordinary.

We live by the pool so I will see how well they endure with our sand, dew and wind and will update my evaluation accordingly. We set up 3 units with 3 different configurations to get the exact same result, incidentally.
