So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

A Good Dinner Recipe For The Whole Family

After exploring 1 or 2 good dinner recipes, we discovered South Indian Beef fry, which is one of the good dinner recipes.

To cook south Indian Meat fry, you need to spend an hour fifteen minutes in your kitchen. Always keep one thing to mind , to cook good dinner recipes, take your own time.

Ingredients:

2 Kilogram of Meat cut into 2 in. long and one in. thick strips

Four large onions sliced really thin

Four enormous tomatoes cut fine

Four tablespoons ginger paste

Four tablespoons garlic paste

4 to 6 green chillies

8 spoons fennel seeds

16 cloves

Seeds of twelve green cardamoms

2 inch stick of cinnamon

Fifty black peppercorns

2 enormous chopped onions for tempering

Hundred curry leaves

2 cup fresh coconut cut into one in. long size

Two large spoon mustard seeds

Eight tablespoon cooking oil

Method:

1. First heat a pan on high flame. When pan becomes hot reduce the flame to boil. Put fennel, coriander seeds, cloves, peppercorns, cardamom, seeds and cinnamon in pan. Roast, stirring until the spices becomes barely darker and give off their smell. After this allow the spices to cool down slightly.

2. Now grind the roasted spices in a coffee grinder.

3. In a mixing bowl, put meat, cut onions, green chillies, tomatoes, garlic paste, ginger paste and ground spices. Mix well to get meat coated. Soak for an hour.

4. In pan heat cooking oil and add cut onions in it. Fry it till onions becomes clear.

5. Now you want to add curry leaves and mustard seeds and cook them for a while. Now add coconut and cook till its color changes to pale golden color.

6. Add tempering blend prepared in above step with meat and mix it well. Now cook the beef till beef becomes brown.

7. Serve it hot with Idili, dosa or Appams.
