So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Relax In Egypt With Sharm El Sheikh Vacations

By Rob Atherton

When the ice, snow, and vicious wintry weather become too much to bear, Sharm el Sheikh holidays will help you plan a trip to a warm-water shangri la. The little town bearing that name sits on the coastline of Egypt's Sinai Headland, next to the calm waters of the Red Sea.

For millenniums, people have fought over this strategic area, basically due to its location as a main port on the Red Sea. Today, the city has once more been revived to Egyptian control, and now calls itself the Red Sea Riviera. It has become a vacation favorite for many Europeans.

This tiny city can be roughly divided into 1 or 2 distinct regions. Many visitors find the Old Market area to be a brilliant location to go shopping for that phenomenal memento. The nearby neighborhoods of Ras Om El Seed and Hadaba are less than a kilometer away, and are home not only to cafes and shops, but also a water park.

The centre of this small city is called Naama Bay. Just constructed Western-style hostels have made a colourful nightlife, while bazaars, street cafeterias and clubs supply an exciting holiday backdrop. Take in the ever-present Bedouin influence and style, or dance until the wee hours to the latest beats.

The number one attraction nonetheless , is the sparkling Red Sea waters. They have been widely recognized as a worldclass area for snorkeling or scuba diving. With unadorned coral reefs providing a home for multitudes of creatures just off-shore, most diving is land or beach-based.

Other highlights in the area include Ras Mohammed National Park, also home to impressive deep sea diving. Three other parks provide possibilities for camping, or just enjoying the tough but mysteriously attractive desert scenery. Whatever you choose to see or do, Sharm el Sheikh holidays can supply a schedule ideal for your class and taste.
