So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

This Is The Best Out There - Natures Choice Dog Food Review

By Elijah Campbell

Our dog has always been a little on the lazy side, and his coat has been fairly unhealthy-looking relative to other dogs we've had in the past. When he began to start smelling on top of it, we decided to change his dog food to see if perhaps his stomach was becoming upset by his current food. But for the past month or so when the formula was changed and put on the shelf our dog has been having an allergic reaction to something. At first we thought it was just allergies as dogs like humans, change as they get older.

His stools are also much firmer and way less stinky than before. This food seems like a real winner for us. We have a small Border collie mix and she absolutely loves this food. I feed it to her in a Buster Food Cube Large Size (Colors May Vary) and she can't wait for mealtime every day!

Duncan likes his new food and so do I! I have a dachshund.

Give this food 12 weeks see the improvement yourself. I subscribe to the 12.5 pound bag of Advanced Dog Formula for Active or Senior Dogs - it's a great value.

They didn't address my comments about how it was making my dog and others sick, they just stated that they did their best to post their changes on the internet. From what I have been reading in posts, that is not the case. He's getting a bit grey, but is as bouncy as he ever was 10 years ago. I switched my mini-Schnauzers over to Newman's Own Organics a month ago when they came off of their puppy chow. It is clear something changed and I believe it clearly is no longer as organic as it once was...we are on the hunt again. I am not saying it does not have good quality ingredients...but if you have a dog that is highly chemical sensitive...this likely is not for you. She has never been ill and is a very healthy dog - 19 years old. Look online and investigate this product via consumer affairs.

This just goes to show how much filler is in this food. I would never recommend this brand. I have fed her Newman's Own Senior Formula for the past few years. I used to feed her Eukanuba, but then when there was that pet food scare with China, I started to investigate and found out that Eukanuba contained the same undesirable chicken parts as the cheaper dog foods.

My 20 month old Toy Fox Terrier mix has been eating Canidae since I adopted her and changed her over from Science Diet, so I don't have an amazing transformation story. However, I have 2 Jack Russells and a Papillion. I've been a happy Canidae customer for over a year, recommending the product to everyone. However, they have recently changed the formula and my dog has been violently ill.

Digesting kibbles is a problem a lot of old dogs have. She appears healthy, much better than on previous dry foods we have tried, including other organics.
