Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Any new system should be given time, before deciding if it works or is simply another system reworked. Anyone can put something on the internet without proof, or bogus proof, so don't buy into anything too quickly, without a little evidence from the author. Find plenty of customer reviews if it is a book. Verified testimonials from doctors and experts are the best forms of proof. Anyone can publish a diet book, but you don't want to waste your time on something that has no hard science behind it.

The main purpose of calorie shifting is to not let your metabolism slow down like most low-calorie diets, by allowing you to eat enough every few days to keep your metabolism going. Starvation mode is what your body goes into when not enough food is eaten, which happens with a lot of diets, but calorie shifting prevents this.

Finding the right plan can be different for different people, and that's what this article discussed. Only your own actions and attitudes toward the diet will allow it to be the best diet for you. If you want to make a diet work, you will need to choose to make it work, and always be serious about it.
