So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Recipes That Will Make Eating Well Easy And Pleasant

Many eating healthier dishes are delicious not to mention balanced, which includes a blend of flavors and spices which make the meal unforgettable. One particular recipe for Salmon Tacos is a big favorite, whether you desire something tasty or a healthy and balanced menu selection. This specific recipe doesn't need time and effort to make but the completed dish will satisfy almost any palate. Other sorts of fish, such as sea bass or halibut, could be replaced for salmon if desired.

Combine 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, one tbsp . of Ancho or New Mexico chile powder, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, 1/4 tsp . of kosher salt, and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper in a small dish. Rub the following blend over 4 wild salmon fillets, with each fillet 1 " thick on average. As soon as the rub has been applied next cook the salmon fillets over the grill until they are beautifully cooked. Place the fish on flour tortillas and top using the preferred toppings.

Cabbage Slaw is one of the added toppings for Salmon tacos, which is among the eating better meals side dish choices. Put one teaspoon of diced fresh cilantro, 1 tsp of Serrano chile that has been seeded and chopped, 2 teaspoon of seasoned rice vinegar, two tsp of extra virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper to preference.

These types of meals restrict the fat, calories, and sugars used without sacrificing flavor and taste during this process.
