So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

ATV Stick Stoppers Can Bring More To The Table

By Charlotte McBride

There is an increasing demand for all terrain types of vehicles. From three wheelers to four wheelers, this category of off road vehicles has become more popular than ever. There are some that are designated for extreme racing. Then there are others that are popular for general purpose reasons. One day it could be for racing and the next could be for hauling. Whatever the case, it is important to the vehicle is well taken care of. ATV stick stoppers can help an owner maximize the protection of their investment.

The standard all terrain vehicle is made to survive most conditions. Conditions can be related to weather such as thick snowdrifts or hot desert sands. The conditions could also be flat lands or steep wooded or rocky terrains. They will have sufficient power and ability to overcome all of them.

Even with the toughest designs there are events that can compromise driver or passenger safety. They can affect the ATV as well. There are needs to prepare for these occurrences long before they happen. Stick stoppers help to totally eliminate at least one potentially hazardous situation.

When traveling on rough and wooded terrains, there are many opportunities to run over small trees or plants. Or the foliage could be bent, broken, and hanging low on the ground. The vehicles run over them. At times, depending on speed and angle, the sticks can hit the constant velocity joints and axles. If it happens just a few times there should not be any major concerns.

Long rides through rough ground raises the chance for debris to damage the axles. The more this occurs the more this area can be affected by fatigue. It could significantly lower the life of the parts. To possess additional protection for this zone of the vehicle can serve as a wise investment.

Replacing a damaged front axle could cost up to five hundred dollars. This does not include the cost of the time it takes to either personally perform the repair or take it to a mechanic. Neither does it include the personal value of time lost riding because of the repair time. A set of stick stoppers will eliminate this concern.

Debris could begin to affect the CV joints. If the CV boots are ripped or torn there could be the possibility of foreign matter getting into the joints. This could quickly reduce riding performance. Worse, there could be an unplanned failure while trail riding. This failure could turn into a safety issue, whether from an accident or being in a secluded area alone.

Wise purchases to make include buying ATV stick stoppers. The precision parts mount easily and firmly over the axles. The installation process is quick to complete. It will provide extra certainty of protection when cruising. The parts are made of light weight metal. This assures that fuel efficiency and speed abilities will not suffer. If there is ever protective tools to install onto ATVs, this would certainly be the one to consider.
