Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

How To Ensure Quality Chicken Processing

One of the requirements in quality chicken processing is obviously the harvesting of the produce. It is necessary for the person to consider this as the most vital part of the entire process. Without an appropriate harvest, it will be difficult for the person to go through with the next phases of the entire project that he is handling.

Transporting the chickens then comes next. It will be beneficial for the plant to have an impressive transport facility. With adequate transport facility, the person should be able to attain substantial results. When preparing the trucks that he will be using for the transportation, let them be equipped with various machines suitable for it.

The slaughtering of the chickens is not easy. The processes involved is already one to many and it is his responsibility to see through them. Before the chickens are slaughtered, they have to be stunned first. Of course, he has to make sure that the said phase is done in a swift manner to avoid inflicting damage.

He should then have the stunned chickens washed. The person should ensure that the pre-wash phase is not skipped if he does not want to cause any troubles for the next processes. The pre-wash phase ensures that there are no fecal materials left over after stunning and hanging the produce from before.

The scalding then happens after that. Scalding is required so that the feathers of the said flightless birds are loosen up. Moreover, it is also need to promote the dilation of the body parts. It is also a given that the scalding happens swiftly so that the body of the chickens will not be damaged due to heat.

Speaking of the plucking, there are some factors that he should ensure for this stage. It is highly required for the person to ensure that the temperature on the body is quite high. The high temperature will ensure that the follicles are loosened up. This instantly makes it easier for the person to pluck the said feathers without any damages.

The next step is the evisceration. The evisceration is the process at which he has to separate each of the body parts of the slaughtered chickens to how suitable they are for human consumption. This is a process that will have to involve him carefully looking at the chickens. He needs to chill the body parts after he has separated them accordingly.

Chilling should be done by keeping the water at zero degrees Celsius. One should ensure this one if he wants to prepare the body of the chickens for the next phase. If an increase in the temperature is necessary, it is a requirement to control this if he does not want to ruin the body parts he has just chilled.

He should then think about the packaging. This is still a part of the things to be done for the quality chicken processing. The packaging will ensure that his produce will be properly sold out in the market and appreciated by the consumers.
