So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Feng Shui Office - How To Feng Shui Your Desk

By Raymond Chang

Creating your feng shui office and learning simple techniques to feng shui your desk is simple and a highly effective way to increase your business success.

Wealth and career matters are two of the most important aspects of your life that feng shui helps you to improve.

Your desk is the most important piece of furniture in your workspace, which may be your home study or your desk in your office at work.

These days many people work remotely and don't have designated desks in their office at work. Comapnies are doing this more and more to promote collaboration in the workplace and to reduce real estate costs. It is recommended that you have a designated desk space despite these modern trends.

Eight Steps to feng shui your desk to create your feng shui office

1.) Having your own desk space is something you really need! You will have a better peace of mind, steadiness and consistency in your daily work life.

2.) Ensure that everything on your desk has its own dedicated place where it belongs.

3.) Make sure your desk has a strong lamp to keep it well lit when you are working in a dark or dingy environment.

4.) Make sure that all wiring to electronic devices is neat and tidy, and positioned in a way that means you will not have any risk of tripping over cables.

5.) Your legs should not be revealed to people who enter the room.

6.) Think about the size of your desk - too small a desk will cause you to feel stressed from having a lack of space. On the other hand, a desk that is too large will cause you to feel overshelmed with resonibility, especially if you're the kind of person who easily lets paperwork pile up.

7.) Your back should face a wall rather than a window. The wall should be a fair distance away from your back so that you feel more comfortable and not hemmed in behind your desk.

8.) Avoid having your desk located below a sloping ceiling. If this is not possible, try to have your desk below the highest point of the sloping ceiling.

You should start seeing more success in your business if you make these easy changes.
