So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Giving Thieves A Difficult Time Finding Your Important Items

By Jon J Youngie

I was jolted awake by a clanging noise coming from the kitchen downstairs. A trespasser was rummaging through my home, maybe, for some spare change which I might have lying around, or other valuable items. The laptop computer as well as mobile phone were within my room. I sat gently in the dark, hoping he would go out immediately.

What happened was the best test for the additional stash safe container I acquired lately. I hoped the acquisition was not a magnet to attract thieves into my house.

A diversion safe is available in many forms, commonly something found within the house. Its function? To hide valuable items while keeping them in plain sight which bad guys will not commonly consider checking.

The Love My Carpet deodorizer can safe was tucked away safely in the cupboard above the sink. This had some money and a set of ruby earrings. It has got a detachable top and bottom and is weighted to feel full. While not definitely under the noses of burglars, it will not take attention since it seems just like normal household care products.

I learned about these covert safes from my mom. She resides in a small apartment in the outskirts of Chicago. Aside from her TV, he went for jewelry, also, and took a pretty bracelet my mother had since she was eighteen years old. Pissed off, mommy obtained a wall socket diversion safe, that could keep both cash and also some rings and necklaces.

My neighborhood is quite safe. But when Mrs. Lawrence a few houses away complained she was burglarized, I started to think about ways to give protection to myself as well as my property inexpensively.

A visit downtown led me to a quick demonstration about how diversion safes have fooled many thief and left them empty-handed. The soda can safes were popular with college kids, the guy explained, as soda cans were such common things within most dormitories or apartments of students.

A Dr. Pepper diversion safe can be left lying around packed with cash yet the burglar will not even recognize it. Sure, a secret safe will certainly frustrate thieves.
