So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Social media is a great way to create a large and loyal following. Use sites like Twitter to your advantage by seeing what is happening in your industry and what people are saying about it.

All stores online should offer the best service they possibly can. The difference comes in when you give your customers personalized service. You will become more trustworthy and impress customers with personalized services. You can drastically improve sales by personalization.

Traffic is affected by having larger images on your site. These take a long time to load. You want the site to be designed so it loads quickly and is easy for visitors to use. You want to ensure the site if functional by checking the software and testing it regularly.

Do you realize how important it is to maximize the ease of use when it comes to your website? If not, you're missing out. Having a very easy-to-use site will increase your sales, especially with older browsers (like senior citizens). Even the most tech savvy customers want a quick, easy experience. How easy is your site to navigate?

One way to connect with your customers on a more personal level is by creating a blog. When you blog you can write about topics that tie into your wine and services. This will give them a glimpse into your brand and what you're like personally.

Make use of every tool that you have at your disposal to ensure that your site is the best that it can be. Analytics packages like the one provided by Google can measure nearly every part of your site to see what functions are useful and which may be unnecessary.

Sometimes you may only offer discounts to certain customers and not to others. Scam artists are known for picking out these details and trying to use them themselves. Keeping this in mind it's important to clearly state that a deal is only for a local customer and not free for everyone to claim.

Running a professionally created and maintained website is always a must. Customers will be more attracted to your professionalism and be more comfortable shopping with you. If you would like to maintain an informal friendly connection with your customers a blog is a good way to do that.

Google and Bing's offer of 'pay per click' is a great way to advertise your wine, as you have to pay only for the traffic that you have attracted. This kind of usage is helpful to your business growth during holidays as people surf and click around trying to find out the best deals.
