So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Market Your Online Clothing Business By Selling Apparel Using These Simple Steps

By Jack Houman

It is not hard to open an online clothing business but keeping your sales up, hence ensuring good revenue, will not be easy. No one wants to see their revenue drop, and these tips will ensure that sales keep coming in, revenue keeps growing and hence assured business continuity and profitability.

It is not good business to neglect the orders of customers or give improper answers. You need to give tributes to customers when they are making orders and purchasing from you. This will require that you spend additional money. You want customers to be convinced that your business does everything that it can to satisfy them. This requires hard work.

Have safe payment procedures. The main reason why people shop online is because they want to save on time and money. Make sure that you do not make them lose the same money they are trying to save by making them send money through insecure channels; also they should make their payments only once.

Optimizing your site for smart phones and tablets is really important. That's because customers who use those devices for online shopping need to be able to easily browse your site and use the shopping cart feature. Shopping carts can also recommend additional apparel for shoppers to buy.

Make sure your customers know exactly how to make a purchase. Give them instructions on the process. It should be easy for them to contact you. You should have a system in place to respond to customers. You should have a person on standby to answer questions or someone to walk them through any issues. Another option is to have a help button or email link.

Offer different discount rates to your customers so that you can retain them for a long duration of time. At times, as a discount deal, you can also offer your customers free shipment. Such offers will make your online clothing business gain popularity and the customers will be willing to do business with you again.

Start a new blog on your website; ask for guest bloggers and even children make good bloggers. For instance a children's store will get good advertising by having customers' children post a picture, blog or ad on your website. Grandparents like to visit when children have posted.

Keep the design simple and clean. Provide your visitors with information, or path to the information or resources you know they are looking for. Include business phone numbers on every page of your site. Incorporate Trust icons like awards and associations, testimonials and reviews to build trust with your website visitors and customers.

Protecting your customer from fraudulent transactions is always the number one priority. Using services like PayPal helps to minimize your stress and risk and ensure everyone is protected.

Initially in order to garner interest in your website it's best to sign up with popular established businesses. This will ensure your brand gets seen and recognized, and then customers can start coming directly to your website. It might be pricey at first but the cost is worth it.
