So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

The gasket of the freezer is a rubber seal that is attached in each edge of the door. If your refrigerator functions well, it means that the seals are attached properly and properly tightened. There are some basic ways in checking the mechanical seal of your ref. First, you may place your fingers in the mechanical unit. If you see that the frames are not providing an amount of coldness, it means that the gasket has been leaked and it blocks a freezing air.

Next thing to do is to close the freezer door on a paper. Put a paper or half the sheet to stick it out. Try pulling the sheet of paper and release it from the door. If it seems to slide easily and does not hold any roughness, the it just means that the gaskets are not sealed properly.

Place a flashlight inside the freezer and close the door slowly.. Turn on all the lights at home and in the kitchen. If you observe that there is a light escapes in the freezer, it also means that the gaskets are failing. You should make this method, to ensure that the unit is working properly and to determine a certain problem that arises.

To remove any possible blockage and to remove the food particles that interferes with the seal, clean the gasket with cloth. This will ensure that there are no items in the freezer that are pressed against the door. This will also check if it is the reason to stop it from closing properly. It is important to rearrange the unit and inspect the gasket again. If nothing happens and does not attach properly, it is time to replace it.

The cause of the problems may be due to the seal itself. If you have noticed that the door is level, the reason behind it could be the gasket. It needs proper cleaning to be assured that the seal is properly tightened. Fortunately, this work will only cost at a friendly rate and easy to be done. This is usually the issue that can be easily resolved.

Before calling a technician, it is essential to make a checklist on the things you have observed. This is important once you are evaluating your unit.
