So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Shade On An Automatic Ice Bagger

By Kevin Rogers

If you bag up ice for sale at your convenience store or grocery or grocery shop a bagging machine makes your job easier and increases your productivity. It will also save as much time as possible. An automatic ice bagger holds bags pen and funnels ice into them saving from handwork. It, therefore, increases efficiency at filling bags while reducing chances of spilling on the floor.

These packaging machines can help in preservation of ice containers such that they arrive safely without any damages. The packaging machines are complete with other helpful parts which are useful in the working of this packaging equipment such as c-shaped rings. Depending on a manufacturer the accessories may be different also depending on the size of the bags to be produced.

As they carry out their work on their own, the packing machines involve a lot of mechanical know-how as well as construction. To promote their use often, they come in easily usable manuals with descriptions how to load or offload ice bags in various scales. They can as well produce various bigger or smaller sizes preferred by an operator. The bags are filled up, sealed and moved even close to eighty packets per one hundred and twenty seconds.

A push button instantly sets bag size to set up. A proven harmer then moves on to seal the bags. A two-chamber rotary filling head, as opposed to horizontal three chambers, eliminates any ice bridging. Another feature is that the machine stops automatically preventing any damage to the already formed ice bags that have been packaged ready for transport to desired locations.

By the sense that these machines do the work on their own, they also keep management statistics. The amounts of ice as well as weights packed are put down automatically within the machine. These statistics are very important especially during the close of business hours to realize profit margins and expenses incurred in operation.

An LCDs the operations that are being undertaken by the machined. An alert tool in place also keeps the owner alert in the event of a problem within. Such problems may be depleted ice stores, if a pack is full or if the pack is not in the belt. The machine also enjoys far from user control which means an operation should not only take place with the owner around but even when he or she is undertaking other duties but moves to check progress from time to time. It also helps in jump-start or completion of a packing process.

Most ice bagging equipment comes with a full twelve-month warranty. This may include a breakdown in the process of work. This does not involve reckless usage of the machine like using jammed bags even when the machine issues a warning. Bagging accessories are not inclusive in the warranty of these products.

As they have several parts composed of steel a need arises to ensure the material is strong and not easily attacked. This helps in ensuring minimal supervision is issued to such machines. A continuous wicket feed also ensures the direct loading of bags into the system with no hooks to ensure loading and offloading is a smooth process. These make the bagger easier and user friendly. A user therefore finds it easy to pick up the loaded bags ready for transport to required locations. The bags also prevent meltdown of the ice before use by prospective customers.
