So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Eight Of The Best Steakhouse In The City

Your trip to Vegas is never complete if you do not visit one of the steakhouses there. A night there usually starts with this and could even end with this, no matter how the tables will turn. This is why you can see a steakhouse in every hotel just off the casino floor. Here are eight of the best Las Vegas steakhouse.

Cut. The interior of Cut is sleek back, has modern metallic designs, with white and silver color palette. This was originally located in Beverly Hills. The one in Vegas is already their second branch. There are more than 500 wines on their menu, which a sommelier will walk you through. Their star cut is the Japanese Wagyu.

Anthony. This steakhouse is known for their powerful list of wines and charcoal grilled steaks. You will never go wrong when you order the filet, sirloin, or rib eye, if you just order the lobster flatbread as your appetizer. You would be encouraged to return after a week by their chef because their meats are change every week.

The Barrymore. A great restaurant found right outside of the Strip, near the Royal Resort. You will surely be glad that you stopped here. The highlights on their menu are wet aged fillet mignon and dry age ribeye. They have a wide range of toppings which includes bone marrow roasted in herbs, foie grass medallion, and lobster tail.

SW. SW is a swanky, modern looking restaurant. The choice of food here is very traditional, more indulgent and expensive. For starters, caviar will be served to you. In the U. S., this is one of the 10 restaurants that is registered with the Kobe Beef Federation of Japan. Since, the price here is too expensive, it is best when you only come for special occasions.

Center Cut. Before, they were not that famous due to their over the place menu. Today, they already have their signature dishes and has a great menu. The start in this resto is the wagyu wet aged steak. As much as possible, take a seat at the curtained private booth. A good appetizer would be the shrimp cocktail. A garnish of bone marrow is served in every piece of steak.

Stripsteak. This resto does not have the curve appeal. They maybe lack in style, but their food makes up for it. Michael Mina, the chef, was able to put together a modern menu that is very tasty. Be satisfied with their comfort foods. Meats are prepared in wood burning grill. Perfect place for the gang to hang out and have a get together.

STK. The place has a dark and seductive ambiance, leather banquettes and black glossy finishes. Do not come here if you are looking for a quiet or romantic meal. Right after setting foot, you will here a DJ playing music. It is like a nightclub, but the only difference is that they serve food.

Craftsteak. This steakhouse is known for having simple recipes and by using quality ingredients which came from farms. For alcoholic drinks, you have New world wine, borbon, and scotch to choose from. There braised short ribs is the best among all the other steakhouses who are offering the same dish.
