So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Special Cup for Espresso

By Claude Kelley

Coffee is the usual partner of most people in the morning. With cream, dark, or sweetened - people have their own taste when it comes to coffee drinking. Some would even own beautiful cups that are exclusive only for their coffee.

Espresso means "pressed out" in Italian. The finest coffee beans are being pressed out in a machine. Once the process of making the espresso is done, you may now enjoy the dark coffee topped with froth called crema and inhale its rich aroma. This espresso is not going to be complete without using espresso cups.

An espresso cup traditionally comes in porcelain. They have the size that can hold up to 3 ounce amount of coffee. The cup with matching saucer is what a perfect espresso tool must be like. Plain colored or fancily designed, the overall outer appearance of an espresso cup is also evolving.

Thick-walled, porcelain, and usually plain or printed - that is how the typical espresso cups appear. These cups vary in color and they also vary in their designs, which can be usually seen in their handle and sipping edge. These things give your espresso cup a unique look without leaving behind its traditional sense.

The handles for instance of espresso cups come in different style. Some of them have a square handle while others have curved shape. Even the rim of the cup has various shape - some have rounded shape while other cups have a square rim but the corners are slightly rounded.

Cup color and design, rim and handle shape - all of these could be enough factors so that you could choose the best espresso cup that you desire.

The colored espresso cups are sometimes glossy. The printed ones on the other hand, have designs that are getting famous. The classical espresso word that goes around the cup either on a white or a black colored print, flowery design, or sceneries are the common designs that you will usually find in an espresso cup.

If you do not fancy having a porcelain espresso cup, you may want to try the glass one such as the Assam double wall espresso cups or a stainless steel espresso cup. Whatever your choice may be, most of them have the same function and that is to keep your coffee hot while you enjoy it.
