So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

What Is The Best Cpap Mask To Wear When Going To Sleep

By Raven Ross

If you have sleep apnea, perhaps you would like to hear what doctors have to say about CPAP devices, or continuous positive airway pressure devices, such as the CPAP mask that helps you correct sleep apnea.

While comfort is an important thing, proper fit is most important. A properly fit CPAP mask will ensure that air leakage does not occur, whereas if it does not fit, then air leakage may occur, and the patient might miss out on the vital breathes that may save their life.

While comfort is one of the more important things to consider, you should definitely prioritize a proper fit. Proper fit is important to prevent air leakage. Air leakage may render the mask useless. Choosing the right design of mask is key to finding the proper fit.

While comfort is an important thing, proper fit is most important. A properly fit CPAP mask will ensure that air leakage does not occur, whereas if it does not fit, then air leakage may occur, and the patient might miss out on the vital breathes that may save their life.

There are many designs of CPAP masks, the most popular being the nasal mask. This is a triangular mask that covers the nose and is strapped in place. Doctors most frequently prescribe the nasal mask to patients with sleep apnea.

Although efficient, this design is found to be cumbersome and even claustrophobic. The nasal pillow mask implements small pillows, or small cones, that seals the nostrils.

It has air hoses protruding from the front and is designed to go above the forehead. This CPAP mask is designed especially for those who sleep on their stomachs or their sides.

What it all really comes down to is personal choice. What is most comfortable and has a good, proper fit to the contours of your face should be what decides your choice of mask. Keep in mind that you should keep air leakage at a minimum by selecting from different sizes.
