So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Sitting in a tub filled with warm water is one way to temporarily alleviate hemorrhoid pain. Blood flow will be increased and alleviate pain if you sit in a few inches of warm water. Keep your knees elevated. Stay in the water for awhile; at least till the water has started to get cool.

Do not sit on your toilet for too long. Oftentimes, people will read a magazine or newspaper while they're seated on the toilet waiting to relieve themselves. Witch hazel is helpful for hemorrhoids. Witch hazel is an astringent and can be purchased from most supermarkets around. If you can't find it in a market, a pharmacy will definitely carry it. Apply a little bit of witch hazel to the hemorrhoid, and watch as the bleeding and swelling go down.

Look for specially formulated products like ointments, rectal suppositories and medicated foams. You can buy hemorrhoid products at your local drugstore.
