So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Does Your Bible Get Through The Bible Authority Exam

By Rod Nelson

In religious circles it may be the in thing to have the newest improved bible.

You may have unwittingly been swept up in this rush to have "A Better Translation". But be aware that that these "New" Bibles have over 5,000 differences in them when compared to the King James Bible.

These "easier to read" Bibles come from a corrupted text. They read differently than the KJV Bible because the manuscripts they come from are not the same as the manuscripts from which the KJV is taken. The issue is NOT translation but TEXT.

Want to check to see if you have one of the corrupt bibles then turn to Colossians 1:14. The verse should include "through his blood" if it does not your translation is corrupt.

Translators could not translate what was never there.

It is important to understand the process from which the King Jame Bible came from. Our bible came from an intervention of providence a preserving process naturally occurring within the doctrine of inspiration and preservation.

The Bible Believers View. The inspired & preserved Word of God can be held. An all powerful God preserved his Word throughout history through multiple copies that are the same as the originals. The King James Version Bible is from this preserved lineage for the English language. This view answers these questions.

1 - how to identify the inspired words.

2 - how His inspired words are preserved.

3 - where are the inspired words.

To claim the bible as being the authority in your and others lives then you can not deny what the word of God claims of itself. It must be your final authority or it can not be of any authority to you.

Bible believers should accept as their final authority what is God's final authority.
