So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

By Marguerite Stanton

Cars also add image and boost personality. That is why they must also be maintained good looking. Here are the tips and tricks on how to do it like auto detailing Williamsburg.

The first thing that your should do is to prepare the equipments needed. Rags and towels are used to dry your car off, remove wax and clean the interiors as well. Brushes are to remove dust and dirt. You may also need buckets of water or a hose or spray bottles. Also get sponges and car detergent.

Engines are the most difficult to be cleaned. Cars today have electronic systems that make cleaning even harder. Before even starting, wrap any sensitive part with heavy duty aluminum foil. Do not also spray directly towards this part. Stubborn grease deposits can be cleaned using kerosene before it is wet with water.

Wash your car before you wax it. Use a soft wash mitt and a balanced car wash product to clean your car. Never use brush on the car as it might damage the paint. Wet the car down before attempting to tackle a big muck. Clean the rims first before cleaning the body. Rim collect dust from brakes very easily.

The interiors of the car should be vacuum first before shampooing. A nice foam is ideal to use. Make this by mixing water and shampoo. To minimize water collection in the interiors, start with the carpet and seats. After shampooing, use either a vacuum cleaner to clear away the shampoo residues or you may use a carpet steam cleaner.

Then cleaning the windows follows. Do not wet them directly or spray onto them but use a rag instead. This way you will not be soiling again the cleaned areas. Applying wax to your car can increase depth, shine and durability. Never apply this on hot surfaces. It might leave nasty marks into your paint as this evaporates through heating.

Then with a soft cotton towel, do the final touches. Make sure you do not miss anything. Indeed, auto detailing Williamsburg can also be done by you.
