Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Using of infused olive oil for you meals and food is certainly a good way to make it a lot tastier. There are actually several ways that you can make your food taste better. You do not have to do to the groceries just to buy it when you can do it in your own home.

When you want to learn how to infuse olive oils, there are several things that you should remember. It is really important that you follow the given tips because this will help you getting the right fusion.

The very first thing that you need to do is to find a bottle that you can use. It is vital that the bottle is clean both inside and outside. This is because you will be putting the mixture inside. You would not want to get germs and bacteria on your food. So it is crucial that you use a clean bottle.

Choosing the right kinds of herbs and spices is also vital. Use those spices or herbs that fit your taste and style. The more spices you use, the tastier it becomes. So choose wisely and carefully. You should know what you want to get the right flavors.

After selecting the best herbs, you should wash them carefully and allow them to dry. This avoids bacteria from getting into the mixture. Let the washed herbs dry for several hours or you can also let it dry using low heat. As long as there is no more water, then you are good with it.

After drying the ingredients, place them inside the bottle and mix in the oil. You can put as much as you want. Arrange them in a way that the herbs will not spill out once you pour out the liquid. You can gradually add others spices if you want to.

Secure the lid tightly and let it rest for several weeks. The fusion of the flavors will truly take its effect if you store it in cool and dry place. Do not expose it on high heat or even direct sunlight to avoid it from getting spoiled.
