So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas

Ryback & His Challenges With Meatless Meals

By Rob Sutter

Feed me more is the quote of the immensely popular Ryback, who is slated to be one of World Wrestling Entertainment's biggest draws. His level of intensity is one that can't be argued and I think people have taken to his arsenal of moves, each of them with high levels of impact. Ryback is certainly going to be a main eventer going forward but one has to consider his diet. Meatless meals may not be favored by him at first but he'll see the benefits in time.

Upon doing a search on the man behind the Ryback character, I've seen that Ryan Reeves is probably one of the biggest eaters in the company. The way that this man eats is akin to that of a lion; there doesn't seem to be a single food item he'll allow to go unnoticed. In addition, he seems to come prepared, having not only protein shakes but sandwiches as well when the times of hunger come about. As you can imagine, meat is a mainstay.

Ryback's diet consists of a great amount of meat based off of the fact that he is a large man, weighing in at 290 pounds of muscle. As a result, he is going to need to eat a lot in order to complement his massive frame. He's also going to stay athletic and being able to eat a lot is going to make certain that he stays as active as humanly possible. Meat is definitely filling and I believe that the absence of this is going to force Ryback to work around it.

Meatless meals are ones that I can see helping athletic people especially, since they are filling as well as tasty. For someone who's as intense as Ryback, this is ideal and this comes about mostly due to the fact that there is something like meat to take notice of. There are also fewer calories to consider, making them healthful by comparison as well. Ryback may want to look into companies like Quorn which specialize in them and allow others to look into potential recipes, too.

When you have an athlete sitting at a dinner table, it's common that they're going to eat more than anyone else and Ryback is no exception. He can easily clean off plates upon plates of food and this is something that can be compared to the rate of an entire family. Ryback has a diet that is hard to fulfill and meat is one of those items which you would expect to be commonplace. Meatless meals are less so but that doesn't them any less useful.
