So This Is Christmas

Merry Christmas is such an infectious feeling I like to feel that way all year around.

So if you are visiting just before Christmas, just after Christmas or even here on Christmas day I am sure you will find something of interest for you and in the spirit of Christmas.

It may be said that Christmas is no longer a celebration but this must be spoken by people that have never had trouble closing their eyes on Christmas Eve in an expectation of what maybe left for them on the carpet under the tree.

I continue to look forward to the surprise on my Grandchild's faces to this day at Christmas events.

Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas - Merry Christmas

How Australia's Limousine Services Industry is Affected by Tourism

By Nia Lawrence

An impressive number of tourists visit The Land Down Under each year with approximately 4 million arrivals. The places popular among tourists are Melbourne, Sydney, Queensland, and Tasmania. Of course, the landmarks Australia is known for will always be favorites too; these landmarks include the Uluru or Ayer's Rock, the Great Barrier Reef, and the Australian Outback. Because of this boom happening in the country' tourism industry, other industries also benefit. Businesses like bars, cafes, restaurants, hotels, beach resorts, spas, amusement parks also flourish. Transport services are no exception either, especially wedding limousine or limousine services.

Transportation in Australia is pretty much like what's seen in the rest of the world. To get from point A to point B, you can take a plane ride, a private vehicle, train, coach or bus, and taxi or cab. However, if you want to travel in style and make your transfer much more relaxing and convenient, then a limousine would be best. Businessmen and vacationers are the usual patrons of limo services. Tourists who are on business trips often prefer limos with a highly efficient driver or chauffeur to take them anywhere they need to go. And for vacationers who want to experience the sights and sounds of Australia's famous cities like Brisbane, making the most of their stay is always a top priority. To do this, they need Brisbane limos with efficient chauffeurs because they won't have to worry about directions or maps. They get to their destinations fast, and they get to do everything in their itinerary.

For the past several years, domestic travels in Australia have also been flourishing. Traveling from one state to another is made more accessible and budget-friendly, thanks to airline companies that work hard to become "new world carriers" rather than "low-cost airlines". Limo services have also been gaining more popularity among local tourists, especially for huge occasions like weddings. For such big events, some request that their wedding limousine be "dressed up". Hens nights, or the Australian version of bachelorette parties, become more special, thanks to tricked out limos. Other than being able to order champagne, guests can also request that the limo's interior be dressed up for that club vibe, making the party more enjoyable and extraordinary.

Another busy season for many limo service companies is the schoolies week. Schoolies week is like Spring break done the Aussie way. It's when students who finish high school celebrate the end of their final exams by going on a week-long vacation. Brisbane limos and many other limo services assume the role of taking these students to famous schoolies holiday venues like Surfers Paradise, Airlie Beach, and Byron Bay, and Surf Coast. Some students choose farther destinations, so limo companies are assigned to send them to the airports for their flights to Vanuatu, Fiji, or Bali in Indonesia.

The surge in the number of foreign and domestic tourists in Australia is doing wonders to the nation's economy. With the great number of destinations and activities that this country has to offer, it may seem unlikely that such a flourishing tourism industry would experience a major downturn anytime soon.
